We had been in our home 9 years, and had never had the dryer vent, nor the chimney cleaned in that time. So we hired Fresh Air Home Services to do both. Bradley was able to arrive early, clearly explained the options of what should be done, provided an estimate, and allowed me to decide what I wanted to have done. He did not try to push for all the recommended services, and only did the things I had approved. He was great from start to finish, cleaned up after the work was complete and was very professional in his communication. I would hire this company again for future work.

I want to give Eddie and Raphael a big shout out. Hired them to repair our fireplace damper and soon discovered the firewall in the back and the floor were crumbling and about to cave in. I was terrified to think what couldâ ve happened if Eddie didnâ t call my attention to this situation. Thank you so much for possibly saving our lives! Had someone come out and inspect and clean our fireplace/chimney. The service was done promptly and no mess was made for me to clean. I'm sure I could have waited but now I have peace of mind that it was done right.

Professional, informative and polite. I have never had my fireplace cleaned. It was a mess. It needed a deep cleaning. The panels were also damaged so they suggested mortar and paint to reduce cost of repair. Price seems comparable to online information. Service was very good.

Work finished quickly but he doesnâ t use drop sheet before work ,so I have to clean after work to both floor by wet mop and dry mop few time

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
They were good about getting in touch with me and getting to our house pretty soon (took a few days). Other companies did not return calls. The price was VERY high for work that took 15 mins and involved the tools you can buy online (brush on a stock that attaches to a drill). They said they had to do a deep clean but I never saw that they actually did anything different. The total cost was around $325 to be able to begin using the dryer again.

The charge seems to be very high for the amount of work and the company said they would show me an itemized bill but I never received one.

"We provide an itemized invoice to every customer we perform service for. We emailed it to you but perhaps we do not have your correct email address. We called you and left a voicemail. Please call us back so we can send that invoice to you immediately. I assure you that you received a fair price for the deep dryer vent cleaning that was performed (cleaning was needed from both ends of the dryer duct)."

The men that came were very polite and knew what they were doing. They took pictures of every thing they were doing and showed them to me. They offered a few suggestions on what they saw that should be fixed now or soon. I will use them again.
