 + -1 moreWilly is a buyer's broker, so he represented me, even though the seller pays his fee (I put down the amount, as I figure it all comes out of the house price!). He was very supportive, answered every question and went the extra mile to be sure I was comfortable with the process. I am from another state, so the Texas customs and rules are quite new to me, and Willy was a great resource. The mortgage broker & title company he recommended were outstanding. I can't recommend him enough.
Description of Work: Willy was referred to my by my son. Willy was his realtor also and became a friend. Willy sent me the usual email notices of homes in the area I was looking into and took me to see about 40 homes over many weeks. Willy has been in the business and in Dallas for over 20 years and knows just about everyone and everything you'd want to know about buying a home. His meticulous attention to detail kept the transaction on track and everything went very smoothly.
