Forerunner Inspections

Where to start =)! My wife and I researched a handful of home inspectors and I actually spoke to JJ and other inspectors before choosing JJ. We had a home inspected on 12/3/19 in McKinney and we are extremely happy with JJ and his work and would hire him again in a heartbeat! JJ was extremely kind, punctual, hard working, detailed, and thorough. His background and experience bolsters his ability to find the issues and educate the buyers of the home not only with the problems but also with how things should be and how to remedy certain things. Everything you want in a home inspector. He was also available many days after the inspection for questions and was happy to answer them for us. The report was extremely detailed and had indicators/arrows pointing in the pictures to the specific issue. Other inspector reports I viewed were just general pictures which didn't always point out the issue to people unfamiliar with the specifics. JJ also is extremely kind and helpful when explaining things. He even brought my wife and I a little coffee cake that this daughter baked, it's the little things like that where he goes the extra mile compared to other inspectors. I hope this gives you a general idea of who JJ is and how he works. I was happy to take time and leave an honest review for his work, he is a solid stand up dude and like I said I will hire him again if we ever need a home inspection! Uriah
