He worked around other several other vendors in order for clients to be able to move in as soon as possible.

Dana was awesome. He explained his process to me, showed up on time, and did a perfect job on my floors. He has a dustless sanding process and hand-works the edges. He was very patient in helping me choose the exact color that would be the perfect complement to my home and design aesthetic, and liberally sampled my choice along with a couple of other options before we finalized the color. He even took my frantic call and calmed me down after I peeked in the window and thought someone had walked on the curing product. Dana is awesome and I am sad that I lost touch with him when I did my last flooring project that was a disaster. Dana spoiled me and I will return to him next time I need to do my floors.
