They dumped concrete into my clean out valves and blocked the house up. Cost more than the work to fix and a lawsuit to get my money back. Not recommended!

Jeff and FCI offer top grade products and provide an excellent customer service experience. The install team did a fantastic job on the carpet and high end vinyl we selected. Jeff made sure we had a wide variety of selections and explained the pros and cons of each. One of our best decisions was going with the high end memory foam carpet pad. It makes walking on the upstairs floors an experience that was worth the extra cost. The luxury vinyl? Let me say this: We have high end wood look tile in most of our main floor area. The wood look vinyl that Jeff and his team installed in our office puts the tile to shame....and for a lot less than tile with all the same benefits. Added bonus: it is softer to walk on and just as durable! Jeff, thank you for the excellent workmanship and presentation. Would I highly recommend Jeff and FCI? Absolutely!

Jeff and his team did a great job installing laminate at my home and carpet at my mom's. Everything looks great and we are both happy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring!

The concierge service is great. All furniture was moved, carpet installed, and everything put back.

I had a flood in my condo and the entire condo flooring needed to be replaced. It was a BIG deal to me to choose the right contractor and to make it as simple a process as possible - knowing that nothing is really simple. However, after interviewing several flooring contractors, I settled on Jeff Szul and Floor Coverings international for several reasons. 1. Extensive flooring options - Jeff brought a large selection of materials, pricing and colors for my consideration on the first visit to my home. 2. Turn-key project - he made it simple. Jeff took care of everything - including ordering baseboards, getting them painted and installed along with the new flooring. That saved me from having to spend more time looking for another vendor to coordinate the selection and installation of the baseboards. 3. He gave me time to think about my choices of floor color and product and did not pressure me to rush my decision. It was important to me to take my time and look at samples of my top choices in various rooms and lighting situations. 4. Honesty and Integrity. Jeff immediately earned my trust with his open, friendly professionalism. He followed through on everything he said he would do. This was the biggest, yet the BEST home improvement project I've ever done and it was incredibly smooth! The results are amazing and I appreciate my new waterproof vinyl flooring and my new 5.12" modern beautiful baseboards every single day. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Floor Coverings International. I HIGHLY recommend them. You will be happy with your choice!
