Flooring
Customer service is very inconsistent depending on the individual employee. Some very good advice from people that knew what they were talking about to not being able to transfer a piece of molding from one store to another within 3 weeks. It has been 3+ weeks and I still do not have the trim. The problem is that you do not know who you are dealing with and whose advice to take and whose to ignore. I will buy from Floor and Decor again but I will question everything.

Over time the floor buckling has gotten worse and the glued flooring has come up in other areas.
I have tried repeatedly to get the parties to repair my flooring and have been unable to do so.
Floor and Decor refused to help me secure replacement hardwood for the needed repair.
