The guys did a great job. They get in here and get out within an hour or an hour and a half. There's one guy inside and one guy outside. They get the job done.

Awful! Sloppy work and poor customer service. 1. Didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call. 2. Windows were still dirty when they left. 3. Threw my clothes on the floor ( no kidding!). 4. Left stains on my walls, carpet, tile and plantation shutters. 5. Rude employees. They didn't accept responsibility for what they did. 6. Didn't know how to deal with customer issues. Always had to call someone for help. 7. Left cigarette butts in my flower beds. 8. Broke a screen and didn't tell me about it.

He did a great job and I thought the price was fair for the number of windows that he did. It took a couple of hours and they did a really good job. This was my first time using them but I plan on using them again. I especially like that they are fully insured. One of the owners came out to walk the house and he was a professional person. I felt good about them doing the work.

The cleaners were able to do the windows within several days of our call and were very professional in their work, their attitude and their demeanor. The windows literally sparkled when they were finished and there wasn't a streak to be found. They were neat and made sure to wipe down the sills well.
