After some bad experiences at another Firestone, I tried this one several years ago and now always go there. The staff at this location is great. They are very good at diagnosing your problem, and not over-diagnosing. If they tell you that you need something done, then you need it. Quality of work is high - much better than at the dealer - who I now avoid if I can. Any parts under warranty that fail they replace without any hassles. The people at the front desk have excellent customer service skill - they listen, and do not treat you like an idiot. This is one of the few repair shops that I highly recommend to friends. I take all my work there because they are very honest and keep my car running great.

The staff at this store are great. I took in my car because I needed to replace a tire that had blown out. Even though I didn't have the details of the purchase of the bad tire, they were able to look up the records, find the warranty, and replace the tire under the warranty for much less than I was prepared to pay.

I had the sensor installed at a different Firestone. Firestone Complete Auto Care - Dallas knew it was under warranty and they fixed it with no charge. A couple of weeks later, I brought it back in for an inspection and they did it and there was no extra expense at all.

A couple months ago I brought in my car with an engine light annunciator on. This is an open invitation for who knows what kind of expense. They called to let me know that the problem was some sort of sensor that a different Firestone had installed earlier and that it was still under warranty. They fixed it with no charge. So I brought the car back a couple weeks later for a state inspection and again, there was no "something to fix" I just paid for the inspection. Then yesterday I brought in the car because one brake squeaks a bit and they said they can find no cause for the noise and there is still plenty of life left in my brakes. They recommended that I don't buy an unnecessary brake repair

They told me my car had several pretty serious leaks in the air conditioning system and needed it to be totally replaced, for about 1,500$. They said they couldn't just 'recharge' the coolant because it would just leak right out. I took it to another place and had the coolant recharged, and they told me they checked it for leaks and there were NO leaks in the AC system. Firestone had apparently been SCAMMING ME !

I have a 92 Buick roadmaster. I got a lifetime alignment, which to be clear, isn't clearly labeled. It is only the lifetime of your tires but is any firestone. They aligned the tires, so apparently they wont wear, but the car still swerves to the left and will not drive straight. They did not check the cars driving. They just parked after adjusting it on the machine. I paid then when I drove away. It was still drifing hard to the right. When I returned, I said is this normal operating procedure. They said no; they said the reason the mechanic didn't check the driving (drive it and see if it goes straight) was because I made him nervous (I watched him the hole time). I have returned 3 times, and they keep telling me they don't have time. Come at 7 am. I work.
