When they moved us 1.5 miles, there was some type of accident on the truck that no one disclosed to me. I had to discover it when I unpacked. A lot of boxes had fallen. To remedy the situation, they put items in boxes just anywhere in miscellaneous bins. Some of the plastic bins were cracked. They broke the marble off the top of my 90 year-old German dresser. They broke the sleeper sofa and a number of antique wicker baskets. They had stacked the baskets and thus they were crushed. They also were carrying a mattress to the second floor and broke a large pendant light. They, ultimately, after threats of lawsuit had someone repair the sofa and replaced the marble. It has been since July or beginning of August since I spoke to someone at the company. I would like them to replace the light at this point. I emailed them with an option of a replacement light. They swore they had insurance and would take care of all of the items; however, I cannot get a hold of them now. They refuse to answer my calls or return them. I had called everyday for weeks before I mentioned I needed the marble for the dresser taken care of or I would pursue legal action. Within 24 hours, they delivered the replacement marble top to the dresser. I called them from my daughter's phone the other day and they returned her phone call so I know they are ignoring my number.

I should have had the refrig disconnected before they got there but I did not. They were patient,and helpful.
Description of Work: The company sent two men to move some items for me, and they showed up on time, in uniform,and did a good job. Moved furniture and a refrigerator. I thought the services were quite good for the fee I was charged.
