He was awesome! As a company, they were great too. I found them through Costco. They beat any interest rate and offered cash at closing which was exceptional. David would check the market everyday to get me the best rate. It sounded too good to be true, but it wasn't! I was skeptical because the rates were fantastic, but it all checked out. David was great with communication and made me feel comfortable with everything. It was the best home buying experience I've ever had.

They were fine. Everything went smoothly. Their communication was good and they were very responsive.

We found them through Costco. We found their initial communication very good. However, when it came time to close they didn't contract for an appraisal until about a week before we had out closing date so naturally the appraisal company didn't even send somebody out. They didn't communicate this delay because they didn't follow-up with the appraisal company. We were here doing the walk through the day before the close and the appraiser was here doing the assessment. It took another few days for them to finish. This bumped our closing date which costed us money. They did not follow-up with us after the close. They sent us a generic "thanks for your business email" after. We would not use them again due to the lack of follow-up and communication issues. They cost us money and a whole lot of headache.
