Description of Work: Christman met me to review some remodeling we want to do including 2 baths, front door, entryway, and new flooring throughout most of the house. He was very clear about how long it would take to get the estimate and got it to me a week before promised. Very detailed estimate.

+ -1 moreI messaged Fifer Renovations on 1/29/14 to find out if they would be interested in bidding on a garage conversion. There has been no response. This is a real disappointment because the photographs of their work looked great. :( A grade of F is a bit harsh for this set of circumstances but the Angie's List set-up wouldn't permit a grade of C because N/A was inputed.
Description of Work: Never messaged me back.

+ 2 moreIt has been a year and half since our remodel was completed and my husband and I both feel the quality provided by Fifer Renovations is STILL excellent! We are very happy with the overall quality and the durability of the work provided. Christman Fifer, the owner of Fifer Renovations, was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. During the project, he was professional and responsive. He helped us make design decisions and suggested options that helped us stay within our budget or actually saved us money. I appreciated his accountability while also keeping situations from becoming too stressful. He always presented solutions to issues encountered during the project or worked with us to determine what would be the best alternative. He was responsive and easy to communicate with by phone, email and text. I believe Christman has a very high standard for his sub contractors as well. We enjoyed working with them and felt very confidant in their abilities as well because we trusted Christman's judgement. We highly recommend Fifer Renovations for a project of any scale and will definitely utilize them again for future projects. We consider Christman and Fifer Renovations a friend whom we respect and trust.
Description of Work: We completed a whole house remodel through Fifer Renovations in March of 2011 and subsequently have utilized the company for smaller projects. Our whole house remodel included the standard remodeling projects such as bathrooms, electrical, paint, texture, new doors, new wood and tile flooring, new custom cabinets, new counter tops, appliances, lighting etc. In addition to the typical issues of a remodel of that scale, our project was challenging in that the home was in major disrepair as it was a foreclosure that had not been properly maintained for several years. We removed several walls and therefore structurally made some changes requiring architectural expertise. We replaced beams that were part of the P&B foundation as well as a majority of the sub floor. Fifer Renovations had the expertise to handle the challenges and we were confidant in their ability to handle the project. The project was completed on time.

Description of Work: I had a friend refer this company in regards to custom made furniture even though the company is also a renovation company. They came out to our house, took measurements and gave recommendations on size, color and type of material that would work best for price range. They delivered in two pieces and put together on the spot. Would definitely use this company again if I need another quality piece built.
