Arrived on time. Thoroughly explained their service and completed work promptly. Very knowledgeable and professional. Left complete cleaning kit that works like a charm.

I called to talk to a rep and get a free estimate. Kimberly Barrow came out to my house a few days later. She was on time and very professional. She took an inventory of the items I wished to protect, answered all my questions and a couple of days later emailed me a detailed estimate. We added a couple of items and decided not to protect the stairway runner carpeting we had recently installed. Kimberly revised the estimate and sent back to me.  My husband and I decided to wait until after the holidays.  We called her in late January and she gladly set up the service when it suited our schedule.

The service professionals were on time, courteous and professional. They were in uniform and I felt very comfortable letting them into my home. They answered any questions I had. They worked quickly and thoroughly. We had over 14 pieces of furniture and rugs protected, so it took a couple of hours. They cleaned the sectional and needed to wait for it to dry before applying the sealant. But, they were able to come back to my house to complete the process on the sectional a few hours later when it worked with my schedule. They left a stain cleaner kit and showed me how to use it when we have a spill. They are also available (for up to 1 year from the original service date) for any set in stains or emergency ones that I don't think I can clean.

A couple of days later, Kimberly called to make sure we were happy with the service. A couple of weeks later, I received a fed-ex box with a thank you note and box of cookies from Kimberly at Fiberseal. Clearly, they do not take your business for granted!

It was not inexpensive, but I have all new furniture that was an investment that I want to protect. I have always wanted to have nice things, but didn't think I could until my children will be headed off to college. NOT TRUE!  Fiberseal's service offers moms and families the ability to have nice things staying/looking nice. It truly is the answer for moms in Dallas!
