FASTFRAME

They did a wonderful job.  They were very helpful in designing the product.  They were very nice and got the work done very quickly.  I have now taken something else to them. 

The store is well appointed and the staff are fairly helpful in choosing frame stock and mats - however it is very hard to price compare the frame mouldings as they will only price the entire finished piece (do not give linear foot moulding prices). I was quoted a delivery date 1 1/2 weeks after dropping the work off. The store called the one day later than the promised date to say the the work was ready. Upon reviewing the work I found flaws in two pieces requiring re-work (more than 1/2 wait, so I to come back to the store a third time to get the work). On one piece their was very visible dust/debris inside the glass on the lip of the mat. On the other piece the glass was coated in some kind of sticky residue that would not come off with simple cleaning, so the glass had to be replaced. These 3 frame jobs were simple and straightforward, so I'm disappointed in the service overall.
