Mortgage Companies
worked with Brian Wilson on my FHA mortgage. He was very clear about what to expect and how much things would cost. His team was wonderful. I worked most with Stacie and Sharon and they were very responsive to questions and prompt with their answers. The entire process was smooth and they exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I was clear to close a week prior to my actual closing on 5/25/12 and got an interest rate 0.25% less than we originally agreed to which translated to $100 less on my monthly payments. I could not be happier.
I I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever buy another house I will absolutely use them again.
