Express Tree Trimming

I saw Express Tree Trimming work on a tree across the street a few years ago and was impressed. Therefore I called them. I don't know how old the tree in my back yard is but the trunk is at least 6 feet in diameter. It's huge. I had Express come out and they made this tree look great. I only have one pedestrian gate to the back so everything had to be carried by hand out of the back yard. All the workers were so polite and pleasant to talk to. They knew exactly what I wanted done. They completely cleaned up the after their work. Just as a reference, it took approximately 27 man hours to complete the job. I would never hesitate to call them again!

On January 2018 Express Tree Trimming trimmed several trees I have around my house inckuincla huge Oak. I had a great experience with them and will fully recommend them. I also plan to keep using his services in the future. They were on time and always did as agreed.

This was a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and the price was reasonable. Our situation was somewhat urgent due to the fact that their was potential for what remained of the broken tree to fall on the house. Isidro and his team took our concerns into account and sent out a team on a Saturday to do the bulk of the work. The team was hardworking, friendly and very good at what they did. There was existing landscaping that had to be worked around and cared for and they did just that. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional tree service who delivers not only an excellent result, but also a good customer service experience.

Express Tree Trimming left a card on my door. I called them out along 2 other companies (another one who had a flyer in my neighborhood and one from Angie's List). They offered the cheapest service by about $100. Everyone I dealt with was professional, the work was scheduled quickly and done well, and they accepted credit card payment and provided proof of insurance and didn't ask for any payment until the service was complete and I was satisfied with the work. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

When I deemed necessary to trim limbs that were touching the roof. I called the number they came out and looked it over and gave me a price.  We shook hands on the deal. They took care of it gathered all the limbs and such they took down that were on the ground and cleaned up. Answered any questions I might of had. It was only the main trees that got trimmed back but they got trimmed back very well.

Fast, efficient and reasonable pricing

They came out the day after I called to provide an estimate. It was raining while we met but I was told they would do the cutting and trimming that day if it quit raining. I don't think it ever completely quit raining that day but when I came home from work all the work was done and everything was hauled off. Really quick and clean job.

The crew arrived on time and worked throughout the day to remove the tree and neatly arranged debris from tree.  It was a very difficult tree to remove to where it was located over the home.  But they were very skilled to remove the tree so the home wont be damaged.  They came by next day to remove the stump and I am very satisfied with the result.  The price is very competitive and I reached out to them for the tree removal.  Also the price is very reasonable and the quality was excellent.

They showed up on the day set. They removed everything. If it was not for the stumps you would not know there was anything there.

I have been getting their business cards taped to my house ( the door and door frame) I called them to ask them to stop taping the cards to my house. There has been damage with the paint coming off in order to get the cards off my house. I even told the lady on the phone that it didn't bother me that I was getting the cards, just don't want them taped to my house anymore. With the mailbox less than 3 inches away from said door, I suggested just doing that instead. I do not want to have to be the one to call the police because a business refuses to stop damaging my house. She actually tried to blame me with the fact that we do not have a "no soliciting" sign out. I let her know that I did not mind that, I minded that they were taking the paint off my house. But since she saw fit to try and make this my fault for them being disrespectful and damaging my property, I advised her that since they have been contacted directly and have been advised to stop, that I also would report any soliciting at this address in the future. I am pretty upset, this (to me) is horrible way to treat anyone. I feel as though I have been forced to take action against them when all I wanted was the damage to my house to stop.

Were priced very fairly, were professional and prompt. They came within 1 day of requesting service and did a great job.

This is the first time we used this company. We were pleased with the price and the work. They cleaned up and took all the trash, they were professional, work all day until the job was done. Overall they did a great job, I will highly recommend them.

The guys showed up on time and did an excellent job of trimming the overgrown oak tree in my back yard. My sister was at the house and told me they did an excellent job - but nothing prepared me for what I saw when I got home. I was so impressed with their work and amazed at the transformation before my eyes. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for their professionalism and their service - their work was simply awesome!

They did a good job. They cleaned up well. They were on time. They came out and looked at the work to be done and we came to an agreement on the cost. They came as scheduled and did the work on time within the day. I was very pleased. They came recommended and I would also recommend them. Express Tree Service did an incredibly excellent job! They are the 4th tree service we have used since we moved into our home and they have FAR SURPASSED any of the other companies we used previously. Our trees have never looked so good. We had no idea the difference a talented tree service could make in the appearance of our yard! Excellence from the time of the estimate all the way through to the clean-up. We highly recommend this company!

They offer senior citizen discounts. They came out when I called, gave me the estimate, and came and did the work 2 days later. They are good.
