Expo Home Improvement

Not as expected...in short, I had a consultation (Debra Davies) scheduled for Saturday, June 17 at 9:00 a.m....after 1 1/2-2 hours I call to get the status of when the consultant will arrive, only to be told she had an emergency and had to rescheduled. I was angry because neither Expo nor the consultant called to let me know she was not coming...very unprofessional, no call...no show. Expo called back to reschedule my appointment for Monday, June 26 at 6:00 p.m...received a phone call at 4:25 p.m. again, my consultant had an emergency and would not make the appointment. Expo did not have another consultant who could make the 6:00 p.m. appointment. I confirmed via text my appointment. I then told Expo to forget another appointment, to delete my contact from their database. If Expo/Consultant could not make these two (2) appointments I didn't feel comfortable letting Expo do my bathroom remodeling.
