Starting on the 19th of January I started calling regarding this order. After fifteen minutes on hold waiting for the next available associate they would hang up on me. They also have an online chat thing where you only have to wait five minutes for the next available associate before it hangs up on you. They don't respond to emails either. I finally reached a human by phone on 4 February and was told it was unavailable. I asked him to cancel the order and he confirmed that he would do so. The order still shows as active in their online order tracking system and they have not issued a refund to my credit card.
Description of Work: I ordered a Bosch Nexxt series washer dryer set on 7 January. I didn't receive it.
