I gave Juan $500 to begin the purchase of windows as his crew finished up the painting. After a week, he had not ordered windows, and it was clear he wasn't going to be able to do the job. I talked to him and asked for the $500 back. He said that would be fine and he would get me the money back right away. After about a month of limited responses and ton of excuses, he has stopped replying to me and answering my calls. He did not return my $500 and did not finish the paint job. Beware of people who will steal your money! I thought Juan was a nice guy right up until he stole from me. BEWARE!!
