The service was great enough that I would send someone there.  He was very tenacious on getting his work done properly.  I thought there pricing was comparable.

I was impressed with Nick and with the quote.  I went in the preceding week to pay for the parts so they would be there when I brought the car in the following Monday.  He said that they should be able to get the work done by Wednesday.  They use a sub for wheel refinishing, and he said the sub had a 24-hour turnaround.  As it turned out, the sub did not honor its turnaround time, so the car was not ready until late Thursday.

Nick was genuinely apologetic for the sub's failure and adjusted the price below the quote as a good faith gesture.  He seemed really to care that he had not been able to deliver the car as promised.

The work done by Excalibur was excellent.  I would definitely go back.  I just might not have wheels refinished by the same sub.

For the work Excalibur did, they kept their promise.  Unfortunately, they were not able to make the sub do the same.

Despite the one issue, I would recommend Excalibur without hesitation.  In fact, I already have.

They repaired the damage done by another the vehicle and actually performed some other work, above and beyond, because the work they did cost less than originally estimated.  With my permission, of course.  They were professional, timely and did a great job.  Unfortunately, my car has been hit again and I plan on going back to them to have the work done there.

It was a long time ago so I am not really fresh with the details. The work was great and so was the price.

He was very good too. Our car looked almost as good as the day I bought it, maybe even better. We had the insurance and it was about $200 beyond that. What I liked the best was the owner of the place would drive me back and forth to the car; they are only about two blocks from where I live. Although they took longer, they took longer than some places but the work was perfect; you couldn’t tell anything happened to the car because the roof and the hood were beat up pretty bad. When my daughter’s car got hit, I was ready to take it to them but the car was tottered.

The insurance company of the guy who hit my daughter's car was considering it very close to totaled, and the only option they were offering to fix the car was an agreed upon flat fee of $5500. Otherwise, she would have had to lose her car and get a check for a couple hundred less than what she owed on it?leaving without a car, and $200 out of pocket.
I found Excalibur on Angie's List and went over to meet with them. Not only were they extremely nice guys, I was also able to see a car they had just finished and could see they do excellent work.  Alex, the owner, looked over the damage on the car & told me he was pretty sure he could do the job for about $600 less than what was being offered for the repair. He pulled all the numbers together for his estimate, and it was like he'd guessed, and agreed to fix the car for a flat rate of $4,900.
He finished the car within about a week, and my daughter was able to drive away with her car looking like new, and with $600 in her pocket!
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, and I will definitely use them from now on for any body work needs that may arise.

Provider ordered the parts and painted the bumper cover prior to my service appointment.  I was able to wait for the repair to be done -- took about 20 minutes -- rather than leave my car for several days, as suggested by other auto body repair shops.  I really appreciated this alternative!

The dealer where I bought my car wanted a scandalous amount of money to repair the damage. I decided to check out Angie's List and went with the company with the most, and best reviews. I am now on the long list of satisfied customers that have experienced dealing with Excalibur Collision Center. They did a beautiful job on my repair, got the car back earlier than expected, and the people that work there are very pleasant to deal with. Did I mention it cost only 2/3 of what the dealership wanted?! I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back there, but let's hope I don't do any more damage to my car!

Nick was excellent!! Looks like all the reviews I read before calling were spot on. Because it's a pretty traumatic event (getting in an accident and being without your primary vehicle), finding someone to care for your vehicle is kind of a big deal but finding someone that is familiar with dealing with insurances and who is willing to give you updates during the process is awesome. Nick was very helpful from the first phone call until the moment I went to pick up my SUV. I was very happy with the work done and in fact I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to clean and buff my passenger headlight in order for it to match my new headlight on the driver's side that actually had to be replaced due to the accident. The only little detail remaining is getting my automatic window feature turned back on. It seems that since my battery had to be disconnected due to some work on the radiator, it threw off some electrical areas such as locking my stereo in anti-theft mode and disengaging the automatic up/down feature on my driver's side window. Nick is aware and just requested I come by whenever I could to turn that feature back on. Overall, I was very impressed and pleased with Excalibur's work and with their promptness in returning my vehicle (after getting the insurance's approval, ONLY 2.5 days!!!)

Alex and I emailed back and forth easily. He was eager to get my problem solved. He ordered the replacement seat and when I came in for him to replace the seat, it took only about 30 minutes and the seat was replaced. Alex was totally professional and was easy to work with. 
I'd go back any time I needed work on my car.

I stopped in for an estimate & was told if I came back in an hour they could repair my car while I waited.  It took about 30 minutes to buff out the scuffs & scratches, smooth out the sliced bumper, & paint the spots where metal was showing.  I have a 2003 Saab with a metallic gray finish & they were able to mix a color that matched very close. They did a fantastic job & my car looks great!!  I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. The price is good.

Provider replaced front bumper on car.  Quickly found bumper source that was less expensive.  Matched color perfectly.  Performed service quickly.  One thing I am not totally sure of -- when I picked up the car, they were washing it.  It was still wet and shiny.  I inspected the front bumper, where the work was done.  After the car dried, I saw a smudge of red paint on the back bumper that looked like someone had gently scraped a red car against my back bumper, depositing some red paint from the other car on my back bumper.  I found the red paint about an hour after I picked it up from the provider, after it had been parked in a grocery store parking lot for about half an hour.  Due to timing, it is possible the provider accidentally scraped my bumper with another car on their lot after I called them to say I was picking up the car, and decided to try washing the car to remove the red paint that scraped off onto my back bumper.  The red paint has since worn off, leaving the proper color intact.

Excalibur took excellent care of my 2007 Audi S4 after it was rear-ended in a parking lot.  Workmanship, paint color matching and customer service was excellent.  Though the service was covered by insurance, I did feel that the repair was much more expensive than the original expected cost.  Repair was done on-time and car was delivered nicely detailed.

We had Nick and Alex (owner) from Excalibur provide an estimate for repairing/repainting a front bumper from a red, Ford 150 that had a good amount of rust due to bird droppings that went unnoticed while living in Minnesota. The bird droppings ate through the paint and the areas had begun to rust while still in Minnesota. The rust spread like leprosy, which is why we brought it to Excalibur. There were also two spots (the size of a dot) on top of the cab where the paint had chipped from hail. Those two dots looked like they were beginning to rust.
They did not need to replace the bumper, just sand it down and go through the steps to repaint it. This kept the cost down. Other companies stated that the bumper had to be replaced. The truck looks great, so I think the other companies just state that to mark-up the cost.
Additionally, Excalibur polished and filled in the dots on the cab roof at no charge. Alex suggested this was the best way to go until there was an actual rust problem, which more-than-likely there would not be b/c of this fix. 
They performed the work in 2 days: dropped off Monday, picked up Wednesday.
Bottom line, Nick and Alex were great, didn't over-exaggerate the problem and fixed the truck so it looks like new. I would trust them to work on our next project -- my car.

Fantastic work and Alex is fantastic to work with. They quoted the job with a lower price than other A-rated companies, and then they did even more work without increasing the price. This is a treasured old car that looked awesome before the hail, and they really wanted to make it look as good as possible. They fixed not only the hail and but also all the other imperfections they found. When we went to pick it up, we had an issue with one thing on the roof and without batting an eye they repainted the entire roof again to fix it. We then learned that a window bracket broke when they went to roll down a window, and they repaired it no questions asked. We couldn't be happier, and while I hope we won't need body work anytime soon, we wouldn't go anywhere else. A+++++++++++++++++++

THey were extremely proffesional.  They did what they promised and had my car ready when they said it would. Their work was great.  You can not tell that someone hit my car.  I would use them again if needed.10

They did a fantastic job repairing the hail damage on my car.  The work was done on time; they worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was complete (which got them more money, so it was in their interest, but I didn't have to do it so I don't care).  They also did some extra minor work at no charge while they had panels off to do the contracted work.  I was extremely satisfied with the experience.  I would not hesitate to recommend this body shop to anyone.

Excellent job. Just as we discussed during the estimate phase. Alex and Nick are Knowledgable Professional and Experienced in complete auto body repair. I highly recommend to anyone the first stop for auto body repair should be Excalibur Collision Center.
And did I mention that they are fast!
