The services provided by the dealer were getting pretty pricey so the hubster looked around for another option and we are thrilled with European Service Center. The over all cost of our service was about half of what is charged by the dealer.
The passenger side seat turned into a rocking chair so between the chair rocking on its own and my husbands rocking stops it was not a fun ride or stop for a passenger. We had the dealer look at the seat and they wanted to replace the bracket at the cost of over $1000.00 !!! My engineer husband looked at the seat and he knew what needed to be done, it just needed some bushings to fix the problem. He tried to take care of it but did not have the proper tools to remove the seat, imagine that we have every Sears tool known to mankind but not the tool for the Merc. The guys at European Service Center put in the bushings and no more rocking and that only cost $145.00
So they fixed the rocking chair but I will still have to deal with my husband rocking stops….don't think there is a fix for stubborn.

The service was friendly and the gentleman thoroughly explained what needed to be done. It was much less expensive than going to the dealership. The only negative is, the service took almost an hour longer than we were told, and we had to ask for updates (no one voluntarily told us). Price was very good. We would certainly use them again.
