He did a great job helping us find the right house!  We were very particular in where we wanted to live, and what we wanted in our house.  He did a fantastic job in listening to exactly what we needed/wanted and showed amazing patience.  He was always on time and professional and very knowledgable of the rental market.  I have referred him to people I know and I will definitely use him when its time to buy our home!!!

My family and I were living outside of Dallas and needed a team that was knowledgeable about the area we were looking.  We required more help than usual due to my work schedule and having two kids (one a small child) always in tow.  Marcos walked us through the process from start to finish.  I can't say enough about his professionalism and source knowledge.  I hope we never have to move again as he found us a beautiful house, right sized for our family and right in the center of Dallas.

Found the house we wanted and bought it.

 We have used Jason multiple times now and in purchasing or current home he came through again for us. After looking for months and not finding exactly what we wanted it showed up. We went to look the house and loved it from the second we walked in. He said there were already offers on the house and we had to act right now. An hour later we were on the phone talking offers. If it would not have been for his professionalism and his knowledge we would not have locked down this house. Apparently we barely beat out the other offers. Not only did he help us lock down the house we are now living in but he also was there to answer any questions we had and I can not think of a time that he took longer than a half an hour to get back to us. No matter when we called. Jason and the team at Eric Cantu Real Estate have customers for life with us! Thank you guys and I am sure we will be doing buisness again.
