EPPLER CONSTRUCTION CO

The job officially started in June. Unfortunately there was a lack of attention detail. Things left uncovered during a rain. We were made promises that weren't kept. Some of the subs are good. However, they don't seem very careful as to how they treat the house...Sometimes floors are covered...sometimes not.
He did stay within budget. His wife is awesome. We have montitored the project and that has helped.
Once things are pointed out...he eventually corrects them.

Horrible! He was rude, condescending, late and such poor quality work it was unbelievable. We are still paying to fix the mess he created.

Kirk and his wife Allison work as a team.  Kirk takes the hands on-site manager role while Allison does the accounting and helps order and select materials.
I cannot say enough good things about this team.  They are honest, reliable and strive to complete an excellent product.
I was about to select another contractor when my neighbor suggested I give him a call.  I am so glad I did.  He said he would not be the cheapest or most expensive, but I think what is important in a remodel job is that your general contractor has reliable subcontractors on his team that do quality work and take responsibility to correct errors if necessary.  By the way, three people in my neighborhood have used Eppler and they still like the guy.  That was the best indicator for me.
