Josh and Gustavo was very professional and they did a great job. What impressed me the most about them it didn't take them long after I explained to them what I wanted. They did a great job of cleaning up after they finished. For any of my projects in the future I will make sure I used Empire. I put them in my phone as one of my contact. Eric and Lawrence went above and beyond on my install! I had a 60 inch and 50 inch television mounted. The work was done very neatly, my needs/wants were accommodated. All wires are out of view and the placement of the televisions are exactly where I wanted them. I highly recommend Empire Services for your home entertainment projects!

Ricky from Empire AV arrived on schedule. We discussed the install location and where existing network and OTA wiring existed near the install location. He did an amazing job often asking us for our input to make sure the final result was exactly what we wanted. We are enjoying our new media room and look forward to sharing the experience with friends. The quality of the work done by Empire AV is one of the most thorough and professional installations we've ever had. We are already planning to hire Empire AV for another project at our home.

Empire successfully performed the following in our home yesterday in Humble Texas: • Installed 7 in-wall speakers (in our living room and outdoors) • Mounted 2 flat screen TVs • Re-wired outlets behind the TV • Re-positioned the wiring for several speaker ports and Receiver inputs • Wired and installed our Wi-Fi hot spots • Brought a very heavy TV stand/buffet upstairs From my first interaction with the owner to request a quote to the completion of the job – the experience has been wonderful. This company is clearly a group of people that work hard for their clients, set reasonable pricing, and work tirelessly to get the job done right. We had the pleasure of having Erick & Lawrence work on our projects. They were both friendly, respectful, and hard-working. They sought our feedback and preferences on positioning and continuously engaged us throughout the install to be sure they met our requirements. Before leaving they offered to carry a very heavy buffet that we were using as a TV stand upstairs. They didn’t have to do this – and they had been there all day working. It was so kind and thoughtful; clearly above and beyond service. While we had a quote for much of the service, they offered additional items like moving the electrical outlets behind the TV for a reasonable price and mounting internet devices (Roku, Apple TV, Google Play) behind the TV so it’s out of view. I will amend this post with additional photos to share the quality of their execution. I recommend them to any homeowner or business. They take their time to do it right and leave the space spotless once the job is done. I’m so happy the other places we reached out to didn’t return our calls because we hit the jackpot with Empire.

Amazing work, we had AV installation also 4 Nest cameras and Ring system.. Miguel and Josh were superb! Detail oriented and very professional. The Empire crew was great. They designed, programmed, and implemented a game room multi television system for gaming, movies, and sports games. I would recommend Empire to absolutely anyone who needs any type of AV services. I moved into my apartment the Thursday before starting my new job on Monday. I called Empire to see if they could come and mount my TV on the wall, and even though they were already completely booked for the weekend, in order to help me, the squeezed me in and came over Friday afternoon. Miguel and Eric were so nice and so professional, having both my TVs mounted and wires hidden within an hour. Both gentlemen were so easy to talk to and I felt like I knew them by the time they were done. Their prices beat any other company I looked at- including Geek Squad- and they made it so easy for me. I will be calling Empire for any and all of my AV needs.

The installation was amazing, professionally done and Miguel Feliciano treated the instillation as if it were his own! High attention to detail, looks great, he really made it look great!! Will definitely recommend Empire and Miguel to friends and family!!
