Internet Service
Their service is not very good. Sometimes the internet speed gets slow. Whenever I call them, they have been pretty responsive in answering my questions.

Terrible. It cost over $200.00 for the switch that was never told to me. They also sent me a bill for long distance that should have been included in the service I purchased. They later credited me for the long distance charged, but refused to cooperate with me on the installation charges. I am switching services again as well as seeking a refund of the service charges through the BBB and possible legal means.
