+ -1 moreBad & costly experience with Janice & Ellen Terry Company. Janice kept secret the value & marketing (previous) of this property, during that time. Janice & Associates did not disclose previous attempt to sell home @ 235k (with no success for 198 days on market) Encouraged us to offer $321 (said worth it). Other untruth tactics as well!
Description of Work: Janice of E T Realtors represented me & family toward purchase of home, arranged financing & appraisal (without truth fully informing us of rent value) at that time.
