Real Estate Service
Bad & costly experience with Janice & Ellen Terry Company. Janice kept secret the value & marketing (previous) of this property, during that time. Janice & Associates did not disclose previous attempt to sell home @ 235k (with no success for 198 days on market) Encouraged us to offer $321 (said worth it). Other untruth tactics as well!
