ekoserve Carpet-Rug Cleaning Services

This is a bit of a delayed review...we needed a move out carpet cleaning for a rental home and our realtor recommended Ekoserve to us. We also opted to have the tile floors steam cleaned as well. I had a bit of an issue (user error) with the online scheduling and completely got it all wrong. I contacted Nick and he bent over backwards to meet my schedule, even though it was all my fault. He showed up on time, and my husband met him at the house. Being treated as if our time is valuable is very important to us. I didn't watch them work, but I stopped by later to see the results and the carpets and tile looked fantastic!! The only very small issue I had was I had the house professionally cleaned just prior to the carpets and I found the toilet in one bathroom a bit of a mess, as it looked like dirty water had been dumped into it. I'm not 100% certain it was the carpet cleaning crew, as maintenance had been going in and out that week also, so I won't really ding them for it. We will certainly use them again, I would recommend them to my friends.
