He showed up on time, and my husband met him at the house. Being treated as if our time is valuable is very important to us. I didn't watch them work, but I stopped by later to see the results and the carpets and tile looked fantastic!! The only very small issue I had was I had the house professionally cleaned just prior to the carpets and I found the toilet in one bathroom a bit of a mess, as it looked like dirty water had been dumped into it. I'm not 100% certain it was the carpet cleaning crew, as maintenance had been going in and out that week also, so I won't really ding them for it.
We will certainly use them again, I would recommend them to my friends.
