We had two phases, two in the spring and one in the fall. It went great.

Disappointing!! The project manager (PM) did not seem at all interested in my job or if I was satisfied or not. Sometimes communication was good - others not (I wanted to know who was in my house and when). PM did not tell me what would be done and when so put many items installed without my input. As a result, showerhead, light fixtures, light switches and towel racks are in undesired places. Bath was not drafty prior to remodel, but is now. I complained to PM and he blamed it on my house. The PM refused to correct things and I got tired of asking. It got to the point where I just wanted them out of my house. The only positive is that there weren't any big suprises that resulted in major overages (but they did go over budget).
