Misrepresented what needed to be done to upcharge , then only did partial of estimated work . Problem was resolved but way overcharge . 475.00 for one hour of work

Ben arrived on time and thoroughly checked the entire fireplace insert to see what was working and what was not. He diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate of what the cost would be and what needed to be done to repair the problem. He seemed to know his craft very well. He told me the part would take about 1 week and then one week later he was here to replace the part. Very efficient and professional job done. I am pleased. It was a reasonable cost compared to one other estimate I got.

A week after vents were cleaned we are getting debris coming out of vents. We called on Saturday and left a message about the situation and asked for a call back. No response on Monday

Ben arrived on time, inspected the area & suggested what needed to be done. He gave me a price & explained what that would include. He proceeded to deep clean the vents, furnace motor & coils, & plenum boxes & then sanitized the area. He was very thorough & then cleaned up the inside of the house, so that I saw no dust inside. He was very pleasant & a pleasure to work with.

Eco Green was very responsive to my initial request and sent someone to inspect my job within a few days. I received the initial estimate promptly and had questions that they promptly addressed. There was a bit of a delay in getting a call back for scheduling but the from request to complete the job was finished in less than 1.5 weeks. The job was to repair the metal base and wall of an existing fireplace, clean the flue, and replace the log starter. They took about an hour to complete the work. My only complaint is that they were not very conscientious of the carpet surrounding the fireplace. While they cleaned the fireplace and spray painted it, they did not use anything to protect the carpet and did not vacuum after the work was complete. There were some minor stains left.

I wish I could give this company ten stars. I feel unbelievably lucky that I came across them. They are professional, fast, efficient, and definitely know what they are doing. During a severe storm, on the night of March 2nd, 2023, the chimney of my house was badly damaged by winds of over 70 mph. The chimney cap and its housing structure were ripped right off the top of the chimney and thrown 50 yards into a neighbor's back yard. My immediate concern was to somehow cover the massive opening that left the inside the of chimney and the fireplace exposed to the outside elements. I contacted a different company first. They inspected the damage, gave me a quote, and charged me $400 dollars to placed a tarp over the opening. I was planning on using them to repair the structure, but the tarp the technician placed over the opening came off that very night and I lost confidence in them. I was desperate to get the opening covered and put an estimate request online. I was contacted by Eco Green Home Services who sent out David, one of their technicians, that very day. David inspected the damage and explained everything they would do to repair the chimney; he also assured me that the tarp he put up would stay in place. After talking to him, I felt very confident that the job would be done right and gave them the job. They did everything he said they would. Brick masons came out a couple days later and replaced the damaged and missing bricks at the top of the chimney. They had to remanufacture a new chimney cap structure because the original one was destroyed. David said it would take about three weeks and that is exactly how long it took. Surprisingly, the tarp David put up stayed in place through that very windy month of March. On April 2nd, they replaced the cap and structure and everything looks good as new. I am thrilled and cannot say enough good things about this company. They have my highest recommendation.
