Great company.  Richard was very communicative.  He was even willing to meet me on the weekend to help me pick a shingle color!  My roof is beautiful!

He then gave me an estimate for $1545. That same day, I asked him to do something to cover the roof until they could come out to fix it. He went to get some tarps and gave them to me, but never put them up. He charged me to do this, but never even used the tarps. They sent a young man out to fix my roof. He was only here for about 45 minutes or so to fix my roof. I expected that perhaps he would be up there longer due to the amount on the quote ($1545). It turns out that the young man asked me how much I was being charged for this, and when I told him he was very shocked and thought it was way too much. When one of the owners came out to get payment, I told him of my frustrations, and he took $245 off. I was very frustrated, but I went ahead and paid him right then. I still think have been way overcharged for this repair!

Eclat did a good job of working with our over 70 year old existing slate tile roof. They repaired and replaced as needed and were very cautious when the weather was near freezing as this can cause the slate shingles to crack and break.
