We have used Ernesto and his crew multiple times, and recommended to multiple people. He and his crew are always professional and very fairly priced. They will do a complete job on whatever you tell them, and take care of the little things that may pop up along the way. If they see areas that need to be re-textured and that wasn't discussed in your quote then Ernesto will call you to see if you want it done and if it's minimal it won't be charged. I can't say enough for this company and how Ernesto will ensure your repeat business.

The service was great, they were clean painters, caulked everything, and even where nice to the flowerbeds

They were very kind and nice. There was an accident during the job. He was very professional with correcting the situation and forthcoming with the problem that occurred. His guys were very nice and easy to be around in my home.It was a small job. I would hope he is just as professional with a large job as I would hire him. He was prompt and here every morning to check on his crew.

Ernesto Espinoza, the owner of E.C. Millenium Painting came to my mothers home within hours after she called him to get an estimate to paint the exterior of her home.  He gave her a very fair estimate and asked her when she wanted the work started.  She was in no real hurry and said that an a few weeks time would be alright.  He was completing another job prior to doing her house and as soon as he was finished he called and asked if she was ready to do the work.  He said he would arrive at about 8:30 on the morning of the 21s o Mayt.  He and his crew arrived early and started working immediately.  They did all of the repair work first and even did repair work that he had not quoted in his estimate and did not ask for an additional monies.  They then scrapped all of the old paint away and power washed the entire house.  The second day of the job, they once again arrived early and went right to work.  They completed what had been started the day before, which also included scrapping and power washing the brick planter box behind the hedge in the front of the house.  They then began the actual work of painting the house.  Ernesto helped my mother choose a very suitable color for the eaves and covered patio ceiling.  He and his crew worked no less that 11 hours per day and did an exceptional job in a very timely and clean manner.  The work is beautiful and they even painted the brick enclosure around her trash cans, once again this was not included in the original estimate and my mother insisted that he charge her some additional monies.  He was very reluctant to do so as he had given her a price and wanted to stay at that price.  The crew was very professional and my mother had no problem with going and leaving them to work on the house.  She was so thrilled with the work that he did on the outside of her home that she is having him repair the ceiling in her kitchen and then paint the kitchen and entry hall from her garage.

The cost for painting the bedroom included supplies.  I have used him five times now.  He will help you pick out colors if you want him to.  Basically you do not have to do anything, I just ask him to paint and he comes in and does the job, it is really easy.
