Our business was established in 2005 as we began rebuilding our lives in Dallas after relocating from New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Our founders include a 20 year veteran of the New Orleans Health Department who is a registered sanitarian and lead inspector. We leverage her expertise to use best industry practices for a real clean - not just a superficial shine.

However the trash bags were your responsiblity. Usually, people have everything for us to work with including the blower and such. "We welcome your review. Due to unforeseen circumstances with our GPS system and traffic we cannot always accommodate our clients exactly on the time. We were 8 minutes late and this customer chose to go on with errands. We do understand everyone has a schedule. However, when we do organizing in the future we would prefer to have the clients present to tell us exactly what they want organize. Purging and sorting must come from the client with their permission. It is a little unfair to ding us on organizing without your active role as a participant. We think in the future it would not be best to work with you because there was no further communication until you had the chance to give us a review on an open forum for all to see. Open communication is vital to the client and the service provider. When we had tried to explain why we were a few minutes late. This client said rudely, stop explaining. We cannot talk to a person who do not want to hear what one needs to say. In the future, if you feel it is a pain to book with any company then it might be best you do not work with them. Every client is not always a good fit for our company either. We do believe in treating people with respect and dignity."

"Ebony Cleaning Service would like to respond to Ms. [Member Name Removed] s review: First of all we did not work for this client. Ms. [Member Name Removed] is mad because she did not get what she wanted. Whenever we clean a garage we bring 3 workers out with us. One crew member is a male. We have discovered having a male as a part of our cleaning crew especially when we clean a garage is not just for our benefit it is also for most clients. We explained this to her. We have a right to run our cleaning business in a manner that would enable our clients to get the best bang for their buck. By having a male on board allows us to have a pair of muscles to lift heavy objects.; Ms. [Member Name Removed], insisted on us having her work done in 4 hours intervals, by having three workers this lessen the time due to more people being a part of the crew. We have learned in any business you are not going to please everyone. We still stand by our work and some people are plain disgruntled in the first place. Every customer may not be a good fit for your company's culture and core values. We will continue to strive to meet people "reasonable and flexible expectations." We love win-win situations.
