Thank you for taking time to write email to me. I have had your representative come out to my home 3 times - only to treat simple Kitchen ANTS! and he failed. Every time i called your office I was told it takes about a week for pest control to work and eliminate the pest treated for. I think whatever technicians and products your company is using are possibly ineffective or rip-off.! So after the third try and waiting for ANTS to not raid my kitchen - my family went and bought ( I will be happy to send my detailed order receipt for verification)

Within a day of using all my problems with Ants have disappeared - and to date after the single use on 8/14/16 (from 8/14/16 - 9/15/2016 ) I have not had a single Ant in my problem areas. I will pay your invoice - even though the job was not completed & terrible customer service to top that.
But i would really appreciate if FIRST you & your staff researches the products your pest control services are using and you personally can confirm that customers are getting what they are paying for.
After this - If you still want me to pay my bill please let me know. I am not worried about my Credit ratings - since a small amount that i owe to dynasty will not make any dent in my ratings… but since I am not trying to avoid the payment - I do not need to make threats or warnings. I was refraining to make payment since I sincerely think your services failed to eliminate ANY problems my home had and we received very unreliable and and unprofessional service from Dynasty Pest Control.
As an owner I am sure you would like to get to the bottom of the reason a paying customer would be dissatisfied.
