Dynamic Roofing

Replacement and clean up was done professionaly. I would use his services again and recommend to others.

Matt Seale, Dynamic Roofing's representative, was willing to meet with my insurance adjuster to ensure that all of the items he could see was included in the adjuster's report. Each time work was done on my house, whether by Dynamic Roofing or by their subcontractors, Matt came by to check the results and talk with me to see that I was satisfied. He was always available by phone and would come by whenever I asked.

 Jeremy came out to give us a bid on a roof that the insurance company argued did not need replacement. After further review. We learned Insurance sent out a rookie adjuster .
Jeremy met  there supervisor for a meeting on the roof and pointed out the actual damage photographed it .
 Yes the story has a happy ending...................It was APPROVED and we were able to keep our sale together because of this skilled roofer and his excellent crew.
I highly reccomend him and hea is the only roofer I will use at my property management company. He has been with us for about 8 years now and we are delighted.

Got a bid (gutters and roof) and sat on it for a month. When I called to have the work done, they could not find their copy, so I had to fax it to them (bad omen?). I was told I'd have to pay an extra hundred dollars because I wasn't having the roof work done, also. I didn't get a good idea of when they were coming to do the work. It happened to be three days later. I was told to meet them out there to make sure we were on the same page ("around 2 o'clock"). I took off work and showed up at 2. Was told the lead guy wouldn't be there "for about another 30 minutes." As I can't take the whole day off work, I stupidly left a check in the mailbox to be picked up after completion. Never heard a thing back. Now, the work. I have a courtyard with a trellis that had to be cut back to fit a gutter in. This was done rather sloppily, and the trellis is now loose in three spots. They also cut more than they had to, but hey, it's not their house right? The guttering along the roof edge looked nice and neat, but the downspouts came into my courtyard rather than outside of it. The only reason I noticed this was because it was done properly on the other side of the house. The downspouts ended right at the edge of the house, actually leading water closer to the house than the eaves allowed. Having just spent $6,000.00 on foundation work, I was trying to keep water away from the foundation. I am still convinced this is the point of gutters no matter what Dynamic says. I left two messages with no response and called again today. I had to contact my salesperson directly (why?) and I told him I expected the downspouts to be farther away from the house. He told me I wasn't there to talk to them about it at the time and if I wanted extensions I would have to pay for them. I didn't even get to the rest of what was wrong because his demeanor clearly implied that these problems were all my fault. I am now going to enlist another company to finish out Dynamic's work properly. I gave them a D at first because the rest of the work looked good, but the fact that I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix this mess forces me to grade an F. Well earned, Dynamic.

I called about 10 different companies to fix the leak in my roof and I got most of them from Angie's list. Most of them either don't return my call and my email at all or they gave me between 3 weeks to 2 months estimate to fix my roof. Finally, I found this contractor from other website and he agreed to come the next day to take a look and fix it. He repaired the leak and show me the proof afterward and giving me 3 months warranty. Since it hasn't rained since then, I can't tell whether it fix the problem or not but overall I am satisfy with his response.
