 + -1 moreThe process went very well. A little slow but very well. About 2 or 3 weeks after the project was complete the laminate started to crack in various places. after quite a bit of struggle they finally replaced the laminate. Then i noticed the finish was starting to peel and chip at some of the joints and on the front of the cabinets. I made numerous attempts to contact Dura Oak to no avail. During the sales and project cycles Dale was very prompt with return calls. But, have a problem and no Dale. This is a very poor way to do business especially in the days of angies list. I will never ever reface cabinets again, replace them with a lot less anguish. They touted QUALITY, no quality whatsoever. Between Dura Oak and Hoffman Cabinets, quality is lacking in the worst way. I would think TWICE before hiring this company.
