Three Mexicans in a truck did me right. Half the price of the big names like All my Sons. I forget the names but one looks like jack harlow. One was small and spoke no English and one was sweaty. Good crew. Happy as could be

A moving company that I hired were not able to deliver service. I hired them same day. They were very professional. They quoted me for 3 guys. 4 guys showed up with no extra charge. They were able to finish the job, fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

They did a great job with moving my house and garage items. It took longer than expected but they also spent the time necessary to protect the furniture and load the truck properly.

I asked them to perform packing, but they did not bring any packing materials as they said they would - we had to wait for that. Left the home prior to making sure everything was packed. Door at home damaged and several items they packed were also damaged/broken.

On time, called first, rained but did not slow them down!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My move was scheduled for a Sunday between 2-4 pm. I was completely ready to move. At 5pm, I called the office as no one had shown up or called. I was told they were running behind but someone would be there in an hour. An hour later I was told it would be between 7 and 7:30. At 7:30 I was told his truck broke down and he would not be able to move me that night. He scheduled me for 9 am the next morning. I had EVERYTHING packed! And a small baby. To say this was an inconvenience is a major under statement. We had to go buy tooth brushes and toothpaste! The next morning, the movers did not arrive until close to 10AM!!!! The movers, I must say, were excellent. They were very careful with my belongings and they moved very quickly. Once the move was complete, I contacted the owner to see what type of discount I would be offered. He said that $50 off is more than generous. SERIOUSLY! He said he was losing money on this deal if he offered more. I LOST MONEY ON THIS DEAL! We finally agreed to $100 off the move. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Although the movers were great, I find that the owner does not respect his customers and will not do what he should do to correct a problem, especially when it was completely his fault! NEVER AGAIN!

Everything was painless

Arranged a week in advance for a move for Saturday afternoon. On Saturday morning, was called by D-Town notifying me they have schedule conflicts but they can come first thing Sunday morning. Two movers showed up Monday. One of them were brand new. They took 6 hours to move a 2 bedrooms worth of furniture to my new address 10 minutes away. Just to give an idea of how ridiculous the time frame is, it took 2.hours and 45 minutes for me to originally move into that location through another mover which included a 25 minute drive. One of the movers was professional and careful whereas the new hire barely did anything and every time he moved something he would cause damage to my furniture. There are scratches and dents on my dining table, chairs, headboard, and night stands. To top it off, they also lost the mounting screws to my mirror and dresser. In addition, half of my stuff was just piled up in my living room/dining area instead of being placed in the right locations. I was advised by the crew that they are doing me a favor and will only bill me for 4 hours and that if I want the rest of the furniture/boxes moved, I would need to pay hourly for their snails pace effort. The customer service from D-Town is atrocious. I have left message and sent texts and not a single reply thus far since the move in regards to my move. Stay away from this company!

Very efficient, smooth workers. Great at packing a storage unit too!!!

They showed up on time and did a good job

They took great care of the piano. wrapped and padded it for the move and were very patient with us as we moved it in just the right spot. They also made suggestions on getting melt coaters so not to damage our wood floors. Professional

Edward , Martin & Angelo were really hard working and a lot of fun! Kept telling Martin he was lying down on the job!!! He was the mister fix it of the team dismantling and reassembling. Their care for prized possessions all wrapped and stacked, I was impressed by speed Great job well done!!

If I could change anything I would only book morning pickup time. My pickup time was 1-3 because I had restrictions on the apt freight elevator. The crew finished their morning pickup by noon and went missing for about 2 hrs then showed up at a few minutes after 3. Once they arrived they were great!!!

Edward and his crew were magnificent. Worked hard for the whole nine hours it took to move my huge household. They were friendly and happy and committed to careful handling of all my "stuff." Would definitely recommend and use them again if I ever have need of moving again. Thanks Guys for making a very difficult project pleasurable.

They take very good care of your belongings, nothing ever gets broken, they are very friendly, and quick to accommodate. They are very fairly priced. I will continue to use them as long as I am in Dallas.
