Very well. Easy to schedule and Sergio showed up in just a couple of hours. He went right to work. Price seemed to be very reasonable for the service provided.

Fine except for the exorbitant price. I will never use them again and would not recommend them. The employee was friendly and nice, but I assume he had no control over the price.

After trying to unclog a second floor bathroom double sink clog for 3 days with snakes and multiple types of chemicals, we finally gave up and called Drain Doctor, based on the Angie's List reviews. Once again, Angie's List saves the day for us! We called about 9 am and were told we would be called when a technician was available, probably by no later than early afternoon. Charlie called exactly as promised and Ramon came out in the early afternoon. Ramon very quickly, efficiently and neatly unclogged the drain. This was a difficult job and Ramon made it look easy. We are very do it yourself and were very impressed by the whole experience. We would definitely use them again.

The Drain Dr plumber in Feb 2018 cleaned out drains but he missed one drain. I called Drain Dr in July 2018 when the utility room drain started backing up, the one the plumber failed to clean out in Feb 2018. I was told when I called around July 10 that the plumber would be out between 7:30 and 8:00 am on July 12. I had morning appointments that day. When I hadn't seen the plumber at 8:25 am, July 12, I called the Drain Dr office. An extremely irritable man answered the phone and said he would be there. I said that when service men were going to be late they usually had the courtesy to call ahead of time and tell the customer. I was again told, irritably, that he was coming, but was not told when. I told the man on the phone that in light of his response to forget coming. I have been in business a long time. I have boiled down what I believe is important in an employee or service person to two things: Performance and Attitude. The man on the phone at Drain Dr flunked.

Needed a plumber to clear clogged oil drainage lines for our quick line shop. Drain Doctor agreed to help us when many other companies were reluctant to help. They came out quickly and did the job. I’d hire them again!

I was unable to clear the drain even with a plumbing snake. We live in an old building with "delicate" pipes. Drain Doctor actually had to remove our toilet, clear the drain, and replace everything as it was. I'm glad I didn't have to do the work.

Jose (born in Cuba) showed up right on schedule and with a huge smile. He took about 20 minutes, cleaned up and was on his way. This company, per this one meeting, is characterized by professionalism with a smile. Very much appreciated!

Terrible. He came, he looked and then said sorry cannot help you. Here's the invoice. then a few weeks later ... a card came in the mail asking how it went ... I said how displeased I was ... THEN, a shocking and heartwarming 'thing' happened .... a quick note from Charlie WITH a refund check arrived. Thank you Charlie.

The service came out the same day. They cleared our French drain. They were professional and friendly and the price was reasonable.

As mentioned, the problem has been fixed. However, I am not satisfied with the cost. The website says this: "Flat Rate Residential Pricing - No risk or hidden charges. Know approximately what you will pay before we even get started. No Hidden Charges - Residential flat rate pricing for your kitchen, bathroom, laundry or any other stoppage." However I was charged extra for the "additional" service (I called later and was told the additional service was at a reduced price, but still....). They indicated they were updating their website, but did not offer to reimburse me for the additional $69.50 I was charged. During the call, it was not mentioned that he was performing a service that would cost extra.

Yesterday around 5:30 our kitchen sink became completely clogged. I called the Drain Doctor and today Steve was here around 1:00 to unclog it. He couldn't get the outside cap off so he cleared it from underneath the sink. Drain is working perfectly now. These are the the things that made the biggest impression on me 1. Willing to work around my schedule 2. The technician, Steve, was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing 3. Promptly came at the time stated when the dispatcher said that Steve was on his way This company only does drain cleaning, so they won't try to tell you something that isn't true or up sell you to make more money. They are honest and reliable. Look for an online coupon.

This is the third time we've used Drain Doctor. The last time was 4 years ago. The master bathroom sinks were draining slowly and backing up again. When I called, they were able to make an appointment for us the same day. We were surprised and happy to have the same technician as last time! He checked the drains and snaked the roof vent. Very quick, very professional and friendly! Highly recommended.

The pricing was straight-forward over the phone. No games. I had called several plumbing companies, and they were not able to come out until a week later. Really? One company gave me an estimate for $165 to unclog the bathroom shower with no guarantees that the shower was going to drain, and I still had to pay for the service. Really? My problem is always with the main line, and it was very clogged due to the branches. I knew my shower needed draining also since there are no filters. Another company was going to charge me a trip charge (which I understand), but as long as the trip charge was going to be applied or waived with the services done. The company refused since they still need to make a profit (totally understand), but I made it clear that I did not want to pay more than what I needed to, I will pay a fair price and I will not undermine any professional's work. I don't appreciate when people do the same with me. So, Drain Dr. was fair and very professional. The technician was very thorough in explaining, and with the job also. The technician asked for my consent before any additional work was done along with the prices. The technician also provided a few tips on home maintenance. I have referred Drain Dr. already.
