I liked the rose wrist corsage with the pearl bracelet on Dr. Delphinium's website, but was unsure of the color to order.  I called the store and spoke with a very nice customer service representative (I believe her name was Andrea).  I described the color of my son's date's dress, and Andrea advised me on color options.  I ordered the pale pink corsage, and went to the store to pick it up.  The staff in the store were very friendly, and the corsage was lovely, just as it appeared in the photo on the website.  My son and his date were very pleased.  The price was a little higher than some other providers' prices, but I felt that the quality and customer service were worth it.  I definitely will order flowers from Dr. Delphinium again.

Excellent. I ordered valentine's day flowers. They were stunning and the delivery driver was nice. I called to place the order two days before and they were delivered around noon. My mother loved them.

I ordered one bouquet on the phone. I picked out a bouquet online (their website is fabulous). I was up sold to add some chocolates, and did so. The person never received chocolates, and the bouquet did not look nearly as grand as was on the web (I ordered the 'platinum' version), which I saw two days later (there were key elements missing). I went into the store (time I do not have), and stated the above, was fully refunded, (which I did not expect; I was hoping for partial). As a happy customer, I wiped the slate clean and I ordered another, 'rock-star' bouquet for a top client. Two days later, I went to his office and had the same let down; key elements in the design were missing (and nothing to substitute) yet they still charged full price. Also, flowers were already going bye-bye?! I think they are amazing marketers, but I feel like if I order the 'bronze' version of the bouquet, instead of the 'platinum' version of the bouquet, I'll get the same thing, but pay a lot less.

Love them, wouldn't ever go anywhere else. If you're looking to impress or make a statement, this is your place. They're top of the line and have a great reputation as a cutting edge florist in their service and floral designs. I've used them for years and almost squeal with delight whenever I see the Dr. Delphinium delivery van pull up in front of my house or office. Every arrangement is definitely a work of art!

GREAT QUALITY, VERY UNUSUAL SELECTION. I LOVE THAT THEY COME TO MY HOUSE TO HELP DECIDE WHAT FLOWERS WILL BE PERFECT WHEN I ENTERTAIN.
