They offer this in place of DSL because we can't get that in our area. We're so happy that they offer this service, and we don't think the price is bad at all. When it is down, they respond very quickly to correct the problem. We pay them monthly.

THEY CAME WHEN EXPECTED, AND SET UP OUR HOUSEHOLD TO RECEIVE BROADBAND, HIGH SPEED, INTERNET SERVICE. SINCE WE LIVE IN THE COUNTY, DSL (OR ANYTHING ELSE) IS NOT AVAILABLE. WE EVEN HAD SOME SPECIAL INSTALLATION CIRCUMSTANCES THAT THEY EXPERTLY AND CHEERFULLY HANDLED FOR US. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN SETTING UP ALL THE COMPUTERS TO RUN EFFICIENTLY WITH THE SYSTEM. ANY MESSAGES I LEFT, WITH QUESTIONS, WERE QUICKLY RETURNED WITH NEEDED ANSWERS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL NEIGHBORS, AND WILL CONTINUE TOO. VERY NICE, POLITE, CLEAN GUYS.
