Landscaping
We paid them $1,500/month, but between the months of October 2011 and March 2012 I heard nothing from him. I tried calling him to come and cut the lawn and pick up some debris, but never heard a word. When he showed up in March he said that it was in his contract not to come during that time, but he still expected to be paid the $1,500 for each of those months.
