The original estimate was for the job to take 2 weeks. Replacing the deck and fence was added to the scope after the original estimate, but the actual work was closer to 2 months.
I have been so put off by the whole experience that I can't bring myself to schedule the additional work I need to do (fix the skylight and ruined ceiling) and want to do (remodel the kitchen) .
The overall look of the remodel was what I wanted, but don't look too close because the quality of the workmanship is not there.

HE INSTALLED THE DOORS BUT DIDN'T REPAIR THE HOLE LEFT ABOVE THE DOOR AS AGREED UPON. DOORS HAD TO BE RE-WRAPPED BY ANOTHER COMPANY, BECAUSE DOIT 4 ME DIDN'T HAVE A MACHINE TO BEND THE TRIM. THAT COST ME $345 ADDITIONAL. WHILE BUILDING THE DECK HE SAID "THIS IS THE FIRST DECK I'VE EVER BUILT BY MYSELF. MY DAD USUALLY COMES WITH ME." HIS HELPER WAS AN UNEMPLOYED DISH INSTALLER. THEY DID THEIR BEST BUT IT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING MY DAUGHTER & MYSELF WOULD'VE MADE IT OURSELVES. THERE'S A BIG HUGE GAP FROM THE DOOR TO THE DECK. THIS IS NOT SAFE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, BUT THEN CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT MY DAUGHTER IS IN A WHEEL CHAIR, THIS IS NOT SAFE. THE ADA RAMP FOR DISABILITIES WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY WITH THE RIGHT PITCH. IT IS DANGEROUS. AT THE BOTTOM, IT IS NOT SMOOTH & NOT LOW TO THE GROUND. AGAINST AND WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION HE CHARGED $512.70 ON MY CREDIT CARD.
