They were good. The follow up and everything was working well. I liked them and they were good.

Upon arriving to my home, they determined fairly quickly that the outside unit was not getting any power from the attic furnace. After going up into the attic, the tech said that the door on the furnace wasn't closed tightly enough and caused the unit to stop working. I asked what could cause that as no one has been in the attic recently. I was told "sometimes stuff just happens...act of God". Two weeks later on 9/17, my air stopped working again. I went up to the attic to take a look and both of the furnace doors were on the ground. I called my regular tech who does all of my maintenance to take a look. It turns out, the brackets on the motor were broken. He said if the previous tech had even looked it wasn't hard to see. And, as a result of all the vibration, a screw had broken inside the motor and beat up the inside. So now I needed a whole new motor. HWA sent out another company who confirmed the diagnosis and is doing the work. When they contacted Diversified to verify the work they had done and get a copy of the paperwork, Diversified couldn't even find any record from them being here.

I was not pleased with the work.  It turned out to be a 5 minute check and they were gone.

Diversified is the company Old Republic Home dispatched to repair my AC in the summer and later my heater in the winter. I had a $75 co-pay/service call so I can't speak to what their full fee would have been. Both times Armand came out to do the repairs and he did a fantastic job each time. He made some suggestions on how to get better performance on my existing units. He was professional, very polite both times and fixed the broken units.

We were told by other companies that we needed the whole unit replace, but Diversified found that we could just replace some part and the outside unit.

They did a great job! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and product.

Armand diagnosed, and was very professional and honest.
Donna was very easy to work with in scheduling.
Se performed the work and was great! He explained everything he was doing, as he did it, and made sure I was satisfied with his work and understood exactly what he was doing.
He and his assistant were very careful to cover carpeting, etc., and take care of my home while they were working.
