He left me hanging. My extension is almost up and still no contract. He was professional when he came for the estimate and and he had references. He led me to believe that he would be doing work.
Description of Work: He came out for a estimate to repair flood damage to my home. He asked me to file for a FEMA extension, which I did but he will not return my calls or emails.
