DFW Rodent Control

First day Kenney, the DFW Rodent control person arrived. Seemed to be a competent person; examined the attic and explained to me what needed to be done. He wanted prepayment before starting work. It was very expensive ($1,747.87) but I had guests coming out of town to stay with us; so I paid him and he started to work. He also returned the next day to seal some areas and put a trap and scheduled to come a week later. He never came on the scheduled day, I tried calling him on the listed phone number many times, but that number always gives a busy tone no matter when you call. Finally I sent him an email to which he replied that someone in his office messed up. I sent him an email that I want him to reschedule within the next 4 days because I was leaving town. His response was that no way he will come during the week but will visit 7 days later. I was really upset and told him that he wasted one whole day of my time waiting for him on the initial scheduled day and he can't accommodate me. His response was that he can only come a week later. On the third day after that email, he sent me a message that he will be in the neighborhood and could come if i confirm. I emailed back that I will wait for him at home. The whole day passed and he never arrived. I did try to call his tel. # various time and as usual, it always gave a busy tone. Finally, I sent an email to which he replied that he was held by his other jobs. Another day of my life was wasted waiting for this person. The project is not completed and I don't know it this point when it will. I am surprised that Angie's list has this company as recommended vendor. This was my most atrocious customer service experience. I think prospective customers of such service can have the work done at half the cost and much superior customer service.
