Sunny is a great realtor. She is professional, punctual, and works
hard. She paid to have my home professionally staged and photographed.
She also performed the most thorough comparison research I have seen to
determine proper pricing. I would highly recommend her. She
gives good advice and looks out for the best interest of her clients,
even when it goes against her own financial gain. Usually in life you
get what you pay for, there are rare instances when you get more. This
is one of them. You can't go wrong with Sunny.

Sunny helped us purchase our first investment property. We had been contemplating purchasing second home as an rental property for several years, but had reservations. We had tried to get information from another realtor about specific questions that we had, but got only a vague reply. When I asked Sunny, she not only responded right away, but she sent me facts and figures to illustrate her detailed answer. We met for coffee the next day to discuss things further. I was so impressed by the amount of knowledge she had about rental propertiies. She suggested that we start slowly (a suggestion that I have never before received from someone who works on commission). She sent me listings for properties in the price range we had discussed and we viewed several of them that week. We found a great property and when we decided to make an offer, Sunny did an amazing job at facilitating the negotiation to ensure that we got the house for the price that we wanted. Once we signed the contract, her service didn't stop. She helped me review financing offers, even helping me find better offers. She offered suggestions for home warranty companies, inspectors, structural engineers and anything else I needed.
The bottom line is that I needed more than just a salesperson to help me. I needed someone who would be a like a partner. Someone who would guide me through this important decision process. Sunny was definitely that. I have never worked with a realtor who acted like they really had a stake in my success they way that Sunny has. She is truly amazing and she will be my partner for future investments too!

I wasn't really sure that I even needed to have a traditional real estate agent in today's market place. With the internet tools that are available I thought about trying it all on my own to save a little money. I am VERY glad that I decided to go the traditional real estate route. In a perfect world, a DIY solution usually works out well enough, but when dealing with people, and huge corporations, things inevitably go wrong.

My agent was very helpful in helping me prepare my home for showings. I had planned on a few huge projects that would have been a huge expense and very time consuming. Instead they showed me a couple of homes in my neighborhood that were already on the market and I was able to adjust to my "competition" without going through all of that.

When my appraisal came in too low for the loan to close, my agent knew exactly who to talk to, what to say, and how to get the bank to accept a different number that yielded me an additional $15k that I would have otherwise just walked away from.

When it came time for buying I had found they helped me find the perfect house at the perfect price. But when the inspection report came around it showed the roof needed several hundred dollars of repairs. We asked to see if the seller would fix these issues but they refused because of the really low price. So my agent took the initiative to contact a few different roofing companies, and get authorization to work with the seller's insurance company and managed to get the whole thing replaced with a brand new 30 year roof! The best part? She did it without me even knowing about it and called me very excited to tell me the great news.

As with any business there are a few hiccups along the way, but all in all, I am now recommending the company to anybody who asks me. As indicated above. I give them a 9.5 out of 10!
