+ -1 moreThomas did a great job. He started analyzing the piano with an app that tells him exactly where the piano needs tuning and where to start. Then he carefully tuned each key. It went faster than I expected and sounded great. The best part is when Thomas checks to ensure everything sounds great by playing a little song (he's an amazing pianist as well).
Description of Work: Thomas did a great job tuning an upright piano that was very out of tune after not being serviced for many years and going through multiple moves. He tuned our piano and brought the entire thing up over a half step and it sounded great. Then we moved and had him come retune it, and now it sounds perfect.
