I think it well. My trusted neighbor took care of my dog and cat the rest of the week. You just never know about these things as I did not have a surveillance camera but my pets seemed to be fine when I got back. I liked the gal who took care of them.

Looks like it's been a year since the last time you've used us, but I am just finding out about this. I just wish you brought this issue to my attention, so that I had a chance to handle it. I'll definitely address the issue with your sitter now, but I am really disappointed that I never had a chance to make it right by you. What I usually do in instances like this when they do occur (and I have 70+ employees working for my company, so once in a while you will have a performance issue, no matter what industry you are in), I usually have a conversation with the sitter, put them on temporary probation, and then implement occasional spot checks. If the issue repeats one more time, I terminate the sitter immediately. I also give my customer refund and an opportunity to use another sitter at no cost. I understand that you had a bad experience, but I can't make it right by you if I don't know about it. I take customer complaints seriously, because my reputation is very important to me. But another thing that's even more important is the ability to give my customers the peace of mind to trust me with their babies while they are away. As a pet owner myself, I value that above anything else. Losing the trust in my pet sitting company would be an emotional blow for me, so I totally understand that you just wanted to get your key back at that time and never talk to us again... I totally and completely understand that. At this point, I just want you to know that I will definitely handle the issue with your sitter. I also want to offer you an opportunity to use us with another sitter at no cost to you for 2 weeks. I also would like to refund you the last week of your services. I see that the card on file has expired, so please contact me directly so that I can get your updated credit card info for the refund, or I can just mail you a check. Let me know what works best for you... And most importantly, I'd like you to walk away from this knowing that I am here and open to do whatever it takes to make it right by you.
