I am so excited to get rid of this laundry list of problems that have been nagging me and slowing down productivity! If I had muddled through all of these issues I would have been totally frustrated and it would have cost me many hours of valuable time. The first time I worked with Dritan, I was trying to tune up an older computer, which we succeeded in doing. I called him to come back (and he was able to come by the same day!) after a new computer arrived and now both computers are purring along and working together perfectly. AND sharing the same wireless printer and sharing files. As a self-employed business owner, it is a thrill to know that all I have to do is pick up the phone and get some help of this caliber.

Dritan is patient and takes the time to let you know what he is doing and why (if you want to know). His work style is easy-going and he is very tenacious when it comes to solving challenges with my software or hardware limitations. Dritan worked around my scheduling needs and was flexible working around a client that showed up early.

Dritan Voshtina has been assisting our business for several years. He is very accommodating to our schedule and works hard to respond quickly to our requests. Besides setting-up new hardware and software, he supports existing systems, resolves technical issues, trains staff, and never laughs at dumb questions. He understands the importance of technology for our business, and was instrumental during a recent office move. He always works well with the office staff and minimizes the impact of his activities in the office. We are very thankful for Dritan and his services.

BOY WAS I IN A JAM!!!
My computer broke every two weeks and I called me regular computer guy, no answer no answer no answer. Finally I found out he is in the hospital for the next six weeks. So I called my friend in a panic. She gave me the name of a Dritan at DFW PC Tech and told me that he was really good (boy have I heard that before).
So reluctantly I called Dritan and he answered on the second ring, I told him I couldn't get my computer to start and my network was down. He told me he was with a client but he could be here within an hour (keep in mind this was 4 pm on friday).
To my surprise he was there within an hour! ... So far so good right? Well keep reading it gets better ( I don't know about you but I have used some big companies before and have been ripped off and over charged more times than I can count.
So he came in and started to work his magic!
Something was wrong with the motherboard and the power supply was not working. Needles to say my network files were not available.
Thank god he had all the parts he needed with him and quietly fixed everything and within less then two hours I was ready to go.
Well I was ready for the bad news, last time I had problems like this it was over $1200, but my bill this time was $265!!!
Yes that is correct only $265. This guy saved my life and was only $265 and didn't have to wait forever. I gave him my credit card and we were done

I think this guy is the best kept secret in the metroplex. I don't like writing reviews but this guy definitely deserves it. I come to find out this guy can do anything and has the best rates I have ever seen.
