Exterior Painting
I received a referral from a family member who has hired Roberto to paint (interior and exterior) several times over the last several years. I called Roberto to request a quote to paint the exterior of our house and we arranged a time to meet later that week. Roberto quoted $1,500 for the following: scrape the old paint and apply caulking, primer, and new paint. We selected a new color for the house, but did not test the color to confirm that it was a good choice. The painting was delayed by more than one week due to heavy rains. When we saw the first coat, my husband and I were disappointed our color choice and asked for a different color. This was a costly mistake, but Roberto only charged us an additional $500 for the additional day's labor (3 man crew) and paint.
