It's a very good computer. It was easy to order and everything. I thought the price was good.

I was not pleased with the service provided by this company in their sales department. First of all, they did not give me the right computer which made me very upset. Then I tried reaching customer service and it was such a problem because all of Dell's customer service departments are located outside of the states, which made the communication a lot more difficult. So if you ask me I would not buy a Dell Computer again, even if my life depended on it.
