Computer Repair
They took care of the problem. I didn’t pay them anything because I have an annual contract with them. Their responsiveness was very good.

Computer Sales
I had viruses and they were supposed to fix it, and they could only fix it if i had a warranty or purchased a 1 instance warranty. They didn't make full disclosure. There were unreported limits in the warrany.
